- A decadent cocktail hour, a five-course gourmet dinner, and a bewitching 3-hour performance!
- Leave the planning to us! Every detail of your evening will be personally attended to by our professional Event Manager at no additional charge; leaving you to simply relax and enjoy the show.
- Book your group up to one year in advance! Tickets go on sale to the general public eight weeks prior to the show date. Only groups enjoy priority booking and planning.
- Special pre-arrangements can include cakes, table decorations, costume pieces, seating, face painting, photography, hors d’oeuvres, customized cocktails, and more…
- Beverage plans (pdf) can be customized specifically to cater to your group. From passwords and drink tokens to full wine flights, we can create a plan to fit any and all budgets.
- By request, we can arrange a private cocktail reception exclusive to your group.

Standing Receptions
The Teatro ZinZanni velvet tent creates an exquisite standing reception venue for groups larger than 285 (maximum 350). Experience select acts, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, signature cocktails and all the romantic atmosphere that our antique spiegeltent has to offer!
All standing receptions are custom tailored to the needs of the group. Our on-site Restaurant and Event Manager will help you with all the details.

Why hold your meeting in yet another hotel ballroom when you could use Teatro ZinZanni’s antique spiegeltent? Available during the day (until 2:00 pm weekdays) and dark house nights (typically Monday and Tuesday evening), our venue is luxurious and inviting! Try something different for a change! We will assist you with all your audio/visual needs, and our on-site Event Manager will aid you with the rest of the details!
